Appearance: Cherry-red hue with youthful brightness.
Nose: Lifted berry aromatics, leaning toward raspberry and red cherry, with a subtle savoury edge from extended time in French Oak.
Palate: A full, fruit-driven palate bursting with red berries and soft spice. The dry-grown, biodynamic fruit brings concentration without heaviness. The texture is supple, flowing into a long, lingering finish that carries savoury notes alongside the persistent berry fruit.
Winemaking and Vineyard: Aged 22 months in French oak hogsheads, adding gentle structure rather than overt oak flavour. Grown from our dry-grown, certified biodynamic, 25-year-old vineyard, delivering depth, purity and natural balance.
A great match for this style of Grenache is roast lamb with rosemary and garlic. the wine's bright berry fruit and savoury length play beautifully with the richness of the lamb, while the herbal notes from the seasoning echo the wine's subtle savoury edge.
